Brian Kopczynski is from Coto de Caza, CA and attended Tesoro High School. This is his eighth year running cross country. He is a senior at Claremont McKenna College and is majoring in International Relations. He qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships as an individual his freshman year and as part of the CMS team as a sophomore and junior. He qualified provisionally for the Track & Field Championships as a sophomore in the 3000m steeplechase. Brian writes for the Claremont Portside's blog and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
