Audrey Zimmerling, daughter of Bill and Sara Zimmerling, was raised in Lakewood, CO just outside the city of Denver.  An incoming freshman at Claremont McKenna, she graduated from Phillips Academy Andover, a prepatory school in Andover, MA.  She began her running career with her local public high school freshman year and continued running throughout her Andover career.  In 2005, Aubrey qualified for Colorado's Second Team All-Conference and qualified for the First Team All-Conference in spring of 2006.  While at Andover, she qualified for the Boston Globe's All-New England Team in both 2008 and 2009.  After winning three straight New England Championships, Andover's cross country team race at the Nike Cross Country Regional Championships finishing fourth in both 2008 and 2009.  She finished her senior season with a PR of 19:21.  Aubrey is looking forward to studying political and social sciences at Claremont, but is currently undecided on her major.  In her free time, she enjoys singing and was in an all-female a capella group at Andover.
