Allysa Rueschenberg, a CMC senior, is beginning her fourth cross country season in the CMS program.  She has placed in the top 20 at the SCIAC Championships the past two years.  In 2008, Ally and her teammates qualified and competed at the NCAA Championships where she set a personal best of 23:02 for the 6K.  This is the 11th best mark on the Athenas all-time list.  She is a Psychology and Legal Studies major.  She hails from San Luis Obispo where she attended San Luis Obispo High School.
