Elise Yoshida, daughter of Greg and Tracey Yoshida, is a freshman at Claremont McKenna College who plans on dualing in Literature and Economics. She has run cross country for seven years and track for three years at Chadwick School in Palos Verdes, CA. During her high school career, her cross country team won the Division V Southern Section Finals in 2006 and 2008 and were the Division V State Champions in 2008. In 2009, she was also part of the 4 x 400m relay that broke her school record with a time of 4:01.70, where she ran a 59.7 400m. He best time in the open 400 m is 61.3.
