Blees Named SCIAC Athlete Of The Week

Chris Blees was selected SCIAC Athlete of the Week for the week of January 9-15.  He had his fourth and fifth double-double games of the year as CMS remained undefeated by beating La Verne and Redlands at home. Against ULV he scored 31 points and had 10 rebounds and against UR he scored 18 and also had 10 rebounds. He added four assists in the two games. On the season he leads the team in scoring (16.3), rebounding (8.3) and assists (2.6).

CMS is 14-0 overall and 3-0 in SCIAC.  The 14-game winning streak equals the longest in team history.  The Stags are ranked #12 in the latest D3hoops.com national poll.
