CMS Football Summer Mini-Camp And Recruiting Open Houses

Head football coach Kyle Sweeney announced the dates for the Stags Football Summer Mini-Camp and three recruiting open houses.  “These summer recruiting functions are the lifeblood of our program.  The majority of next years incoming class will be in attendance at one of these events” said Sweeney.

The July 29 mini-camp is a great opportunity to see campus, meet the coaching staff, and learn what CMS has to offer.  At the conclusion of the day, there will be a helmets only on-field practice.  This practice will be run by the CMS coaching staff and allow participants the opportunity to be coached by college coaches and be evaluated at the same time.   To sign up, please follow the instructions on the brochure that can be found on the CMS football webpage.

The recruiting open houses will take place June 17, July 8 and August 5.  Each program will run from 1 pm - 5 pm with a sample schedule below. 

12:30 pm – Check in

1:00 pm – Introduction and Campus Tour

2:15 pm – Admission Presentation, Professor Presentation, Facility Tour

4:00 pm – Recruiting Presentation, Offense/Defense Chalk Talk

5:00 pm – Wrap up, Depart Campus
